Persons who meet the qualifications and wish to volunteer their time are being invited to self-nominate or share the nomination form with suitably qualified peers in civil society.*
Membership in the CSNRG does not preclude individuals and their affiliated civil society organizations from serving as implementing/ funding partners of the Spotlight Initiative.
Persons may complete one nomination form to be considered for up to five categories /seats in the group. Seats will be considered from the following categories: Autonomous Women’s Movements (to include: Children’s Rights, Women’s Movement, Public Health, Human Rights, Academia, Laws & Policies, Private Sector, Trade/Labour Unions) Persons living with Disabilities, Key Populations affected by HIV and AIDS, Organizations Engaging Men & Boys, Youth, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights, LGBTQ+, Faith Based Organisations
This call for nomination closes at midnight on February 28, 2020.
The submissions will be evaluated by a panel of evaluators from civil society (3) and the United Nations (2).
Selected candidates will be announced on or before March 16, 2020.
Participation in this group is voluntary. There is no remuneration, in cash or kind, for your participation/ engagement in the Civil Society Reference Group.
